It’s really cool to think that you can actually manifest your own reality! The idea that changing your dominant though patterns can actually help you begin to create a new life is a pretty awesome and exciting. And it’s true!
Okay so you need to diet right, and workout too. So get with a program. Kick boxing, hobby, muscle building (pushing iron/lifting some weights and stuff Did you know that prisoners use garbage bags filled with tap water to use as their weights?) Shoot some hoops for some good cardio, racquetball, tennis, biking etc are all great workouts to start out with to get your blood flowing to your muscles.
Ten year old girls love to pretend to be fashion designers. You can support this fantasy by giving them one of two things. You can give her a fashion designer game for her hand held gaming system or you can give her the real thing such as a small sewing machine and a yard or two of fabric.
OCaptain’s Chair Exercise: In this exercise, start with slow movements of your leg, then slowly lift your knees towards your chest and then bring it back to the start position. This exercise should be done in a slow manner when you lift your knees.
Do Another Sport- If you’re in a rut, try another sport or activity. Some ideas: Touch Football, Soccer, cycling, Rock Climbing, Bushwalking. When trying a new activity don’t go crazy! A new activity will work different muscle groups in your body and pushing too hard too early will increase your risk of injury.
