Whether or not this pollution causes the Earth to grow hotter is a moot point. An issue most of us can easily relate to is this who wants O2 sensor recycling to live in a dirty planet?
The majority of bottles and cans should be segregated and stored then put in the recycling bins that can be found in many public places now. Make it part of your routine to take these with you if you know you are passing them. 99% of people shop at supermarkets daily, weekly or monthly, they all have recycling facilities. If you don’t go, ask someone, perhaps a neighbour who does and get them involved!
That’s a lot of cups! It is clear that if a solution isn’t found to divert paper cup waste, the negative impact on the environment will be critical. It is time that we addressed this issue and gave it the attention it deserves.

Teach kids to use it up! We live in a very disposable world and that is showing in our overflowing landfills. If everyone would get the full use out of products it would save both money and space in the landfills. We need to start using less disposable products and making the disposable things we do have last longer. Make a game out of creating less trash. Have your family try to fill the garbage can half as much as you usually do in a week.
Because they are thick, flattened corrugated boxes can be laid out to protect the floor when you are doing house projects, like painting or varnishing. When it comes to recycling, there are many other options and ideas you can come up with yourself. Not everything needs to go straight into the rubbish.
