If you’re like me then dinner will probably be your main meal of the day. So For this reason it needs to be satisfying and nutritious. Being on a low carbohydrates diet doesn’t mean that your dinner needs to be any different and we can incorporate many belly fat burning foods.
Eat more Fast Food. Bet you never thought you’d hear me say that! By fast food I mean food that your body is able to deal with fast. Not junk food that turns into slow food as soon as it gets into your digestive system. This means fresh fruit and veg juice and the only way to get this is from a juice bar or make your own at home. Rule 1: Only ever use Maris Piper Potato variety; I have experimented with every type of potato out there and this is by far the ultimate variety. Have a go with other potatoes if you like but i guarantee your friends and family will like the good old Maris Piper the best!

One way to improve the health and fitness of your children is to introduce them to new sports. By taking them to see live sport and encouraging them to take part in local teams or clubs you may help them to find something they love to do.
Everything in moderation. Treat yourself gently and with respect. Ideally avoid caffeine, sugar and alcohol – these place an added strain on your body as it deals with them. Be realistic – give yourself a treat or indulgence but make these the exception not the norm.
